123dv is a house for temporary emigrants that come to Australia. The house consists of two stories. Seen here that the site has a multilevel contour, a slightly hill area which is cleverly used by designing the whole house is like having two front sides.

Overall, the house has a concept of minimalist and contemporist design. A simple division of interior space and they tend to have wide open space. A design that work along the basic idea of house itself as a temporary place for the emigrants. Found this
