With a total area of 56.4 m2 for both floors, the house is made of timber structure. The sharp angle-shaped both for its wall facade and roof are utilizing the site that located in a corner of the main street. With a cantilever-typed structure, the second floor is made bigger than the first one. A big and white glass wall is placed on the face of the second floor, showing the interior of the house.

The house laid perpendicularly to the shore line and bounded by parallel wall planes. Skylights are used above the inside corridor and many openings bring natural light into the house.

Utilizing the shape of the existing hills, the house takes the form of a letter L, partly like a house on stilts while the hill works as a plinth for the house. The carport is designed under the circular overhang making the car easier to get in or out. Covered in a white paint finish some wooden facades are used to make some good accent.

Natkevicius & Partners, this Yellow Brick House is something that really stands out from its surrounding environment. Apparantely the bright yellow building in the middle has some historic value, a part of the cannon foundry. And since the yellow house itself is not as big as the owner wanted, so they decided to expand the space by building glass facades around it. And what they did not only preserve the historical building but also added some positive elements around it.
