A comfortable house design. Located in Malibu California, this Bonsall Residence was once designed as studio and house for Rico Lebrun back in 1963. The house is then renovated by Space International Architecture Firm.

The old studio is redesigned as a library and a master suite. The new house design is giving a sense of comfort and warmth to the house. A wooden floor finish, big glasses wall to let in the natural lights, and clean walls and ceilings finish.
