This minimalist concept house is designed by N. Koukourakis & Associates as one of their 2012 project. The house is located in Filothei, Athens. The design is made of simple geometri of horizontal and vertical but they did have a good result.

Looking at the location, the designers take full advantage of the sloping site at the rear to create a terraced house design. A large swimming pool located in the backyard while the front side is using fences for a divide between the street and the house. Found this
